Missions

Liberty has been known for being a missions-minded church.  We believe that not only has God given us our region to reach with the gospel, but He has also given us this entire world to reach with the gospel.  Under the leadership of Pastor Cox, LBC has increased its missions giving nearly every year, giving over $213,000 in 2008.

In 1993, LBC took on New Testament Church Missions, a mission board consisting of over 200 national missionaries to the country of India.  Pastor Cox and Ron Christ take annual trips to India to teach and train the workers and pastors there.  NTCM has also been able to get a foot into China with a Bible printing ministry.

Mark 16:15 told us to “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”  We want to do our best to obey that commandment.
